SHIPPING

All items will be carefully packed and mailed using Australia Post eParcel.

Orders will be shipped from Australia using standard delivery for both domestic and international deliveries. If you wish to have your items expressed posted, please contact Autre Collective so that alternative postage arrangements can be made. This delivery option will incur an additional fee and will be quoted based on the location of delivery.

Purchases will be dispatched within two business days once an order has been placed. You will be notified via email of your tracking number. Please allow up to 2-5 business days for delivery in metropolitan areas, and an additional 1-2 days for regional and rural areas within Australia. For International orders, please allow 7-15 business days for standard delivery.

DUTIES & TAXES

The cost of International shipping does not cover customs duties, taxes or any other fees which may be imposed by the local government. The customer will be responsible for covering these fees.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a full refund on products that are unworn, unused, unwashed and not faulty within 7 days of receipt of the item. Items must have their original tags still attached in place. It will be the customer’s responsibility to contact Autre Collective to arrange a refund. Please contact hello@autrecollective.co to obtain a Return Authorisation number (RA). It will also be at the customers’ expense to return the item, using the same method of delivery that it was originally sent. We will also not take responsibility for the item being lost or damaged, so please ensure you use a reputable delivery service.

Refunds will be arranged in the original payment method that was made using the Australian currency. Therefore, no responsibility will be taken for any amount lost due to differences in currency exchange rates fluctuations.

DAMAGED & FAULTY ITEMS

If an item is damaged or faulty, we will offer an exchange or refund. However, items that are damaged because they have been worn and/or neglected due to wear and tear, will not be provided with a refund or exchange.
